1. Germs Be Gone: Apply over lymph nodes on neck, bottom of feet, insides of wrists and/or down the spine. EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
   
2. Ache Away: Apply to sore muscles, joints, scars, pains, as often as needed. Keep away from mucus membranes. EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
   
3. Be Calm: Apply to collar bones, over the heart, insides of wrists, behind the neck and/or down the spine. EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
